You have this theory that isn't consistent with history. Stock was well above exercise price on warrants $3+ before second release. If you take your responsibility to release information to the market fairly then they did what they needed to do (ie no run up on insider buying before the announcement). The street knew the announcement was coming only that morning, cann't be helped.

I agree fundamentally with what you are saying but perhaps not totally. Either way there is room for some skepticism or conversely optimism. Most importantly however more importantly I respect what you are saying. Putting ones opinion in the overall context of their view on the company rationalizes it somewhat better.

I think the consensus is we need to learn and hear more before any outrageous claims are made positive or negative. Again, I may not totally agree at the same level as you, but the fundamental of needing more knowledge from the company is constant.

The stock, as I said before, is running ahead of itself and should make its way back to a lower level (4 to 5) in the near future. Fundamentally, it ain't there yet.
