Stocker, have read and appreciate your comments. Glad to see you would fight back if put in the same situation.

With respect to YF, it has been clear from the outset that we are long on YF. The key word is "long" and not "short-term trader". We agree with you and have stated on several occasions that "value" investments are not in style with current investors. When fortunes are literally made overnight on the Nasdaq, how many are going to invest in Yogen Fruz during the winter months, if at all? We ourselves have been trading Internet stocks out of The AGORA Portfolio and have enjoyed a great deal of success since November.

As a result, YF and almost every other value play has suffered. That does NOT mean YF is a bad investment or one is wrong for investing in YF. In the words of Warren Buffett, "an investment is not a bad one just because the current price does not agree with you".

The winter months are the absolute slowest for any frozen dessert company for obvious reasons. As such, if this is the worst YF will go through, we like the odds of YF appreciating between here and November.

In any event, with the exception of unforseen catastrophe, we plan to hold YF for quite a long time. At the very least, longs should be holding YF until the last of the summer financials are released.

Regards,
AGORA.
