Thanks Bobo, I marked that link & will use it as one of the many "warning sign" references. Frankly its a little above my head but its become very obvious that there are many ways to pursue such an offering. Some seem to be viable avenues but usually on a larger or mid cap stock. The time frame seems to be critical in the success rate of the small cap stocks & I haven't found many yet. I think the thread covered Ancor but has anyone found others that have recovered in a reasonable amount of time. I assume that overall market conditions could permit the momentum crowd buying to keep such stocks from spiraling down but I haven't found one of those yet as well. Has anyone experienced a stock rising significantly after a floorless? Dug
