Sure, if the other brokerage wanted to buy the stock. You need a buyer to sell. And still drives the price down, when the buyer isn't willing to pay as much.

Considering the source, I wouldn't even remotely count on that. I personally am hoping that the company's "record" revenues actually are something. $12 million + .07 loss would be ideal - could claim 200% revenue gain in a press release. Doesn't matter what happens tomorrow, I will get 1/3 more shares to short unless they aren't available. Plan another 1/3 of my total number after that on the following day. Then comes the waiting game.
