Got the following alert for NEOT from MSInvestor, "On 05/13/99: It was reported that institutional holdings of NEOT have increased by 5% or more. This data is generally updated in Investor monthly. Such an increase is generally considered bullish for a stock because it tends to mean greater price stability and stature." ............. Anybody interested in this company really ought to read the 1998 Annual Report. Fascinating reading when you think about the potential for these drugs, if the testing continues to work out as it has. It looks like NEOT, with their approach, may very well become the worldwide leader in this whole field. No wonder they are accumulating positions now. I understand that the company will be putting up the report on their website.
