Stockhouse maybe. Search for it. I posted it once. Might be on the C--S thread (not supposed to mention this certain company here anymore). Tells the whole story about possible scenarios unfolding, substantiates rumors and is generally very bullish. Company may prefer alliances or not but the heat is clearly on, there are a number of likely suitors (alone or in tandem) and it looks like a deal of some kind is imminent. A major broker analysis I read recently (several months old) stated that unless the CEO performs a brilliant turnaround he will be under enormous pressure to sell the company. That is another issue. C--S knows they cannot go it alone for long and their different divisions are much more valuable broken-up. Also the CEO runs the risk of being ousted like at CPQ. Corporate evolution, only the big and/or strong survive these days. The rest fall behind or get eaten.
