" ...look at the recent qcom fiasco with analyst estimates. some of you may scoff but i don't think ctxs is much different than qcom."
Scott,
Can't agree with you more. Qualcomm(CDMA) is to Wireless as Microsoft(Windows) is to the PC. And maybe Citrix(ICA) will be to Thin Client/Server. Good point. That is what I felt when I first invested in Citrix a few years ago. Here's hoping, but that JAVA thingy still scares me. But so did TDMA and GSM when I was invested in Qualcomm!

There is one big difference however, both msft and qcom have proprietary technology while ctxs does not.

Also, how the heck do you quote the info you are responding to. Never comes out with the italics when i try, thanks.

I own shares of the Q and Citrix, but I don't think Citrix is comparable to Qualcomm. Citrix depends on the wave of NT. Qualcomm depends puon itself and nothing else. Qualcomm is much more in control of its own destiny than is Citrix.

Just my opinion. Nothing more.
