The question now is when to buy EBAY back ...

What we can be absolutely sure of is that EBAY will continue to rule among Net auction sites. Also that the fall will see a run-up of e-commerce stocks that will dwarf what happened last year. EBAY will easily surpass $300 by then, and probably much more since it will probably have split again by then. IMHO you can double your money easily on EBAY between now and year's end. However, waiting some weeks or even months, watching for the best strike point during the summer doldrums, probably will ensure a triple from a buy at the right time. I don't call this trying to time "the market." It's simply a matter of taking advantage of natural market rhythms to maximize gains on the best Net stock out there.
