The issues of valuation are extremely complex, and there are no simple answers. Whenever someone starts to scream "over-valued" or "under-valued" I need to look at the basis for the judgement which means looking at the business model in considerable detail. I generally find it best not to deal with valuation issues and focus instead on how good the business model is.
