SO: I did not see this morning's market in its entirety. However, over the past week or so, the large block moneyflow on the RUT has turned positive. Considering Don's post about the pop in the tick with little action in the INDU, we may have seen a decent buy program that was focused on the RUT stocks. Unfortunately, I was not at my screen this morning to draw a conclusion from it.
