Yes, but only after the Celeron was run way out of spec. (300 to 450) At that time, K6-2-350s were about as fast as you could get. Now they are at 475. I'm sure you remember the ramp. <G>
For CPU intensive programs it's hard to beat the Celeron. This is what, about 5% of the programs out there? Overall, the K6s are great chips as well.
