Jason: I too have enjoyed our discussion. Will have to watch and see if the "same tax consolidating group" thing matters in the end vis a vis the discount. Will check and see what the tax situation is with UIHIA/UPCOY. p.s. If you are looking for a good short, check out PVN. A credit card company trading at 22x book value!? I would appreciate your thoughts. It has been a little painful for me to date, but I refuse to give up. Not a big fan of shorting financials, seems too easy to play games with the numbers. drakes353
