Ouch!...We've all learned the hard way, haven't we?... Actually I was thinking of selling the afternoon before the split if I'm holding it then. I'd like to free up some AOL to buy more but I may have to settle for a small position. If I sold AOL today I'd be pissed next week!<gg> Still thinking about it...it's way too tempting. Ya' know...some people say they can't "afford" the expensive stocks but it's all relative. A ten point gain on a hundred shares is still a thousand bucks. And when you pick up a stock when it's beaten down too much there can be a very quick upside. Anyone who bought AOL last tuesday morning @117 has a very big smile today! That was 3 grand in a week if they only bought a hundred shares. Market leaders are always the best way to go when they're cheap. JMHO Paul {:-)
