Kim,

the dissident's proxy included a comment regarding recovering costs from Naxos. Has Bob Gardner agreed to spending our dwindling cash on that?

Henry

A Blessing! Boy, some of you strange folks don't like compromise. You were yelling and screaming because of the claimed refusal by the late Fred Arkoosh to compromise at the last shareholders' meeting. Now that a compromise is reached, your true colors glow. Pitiful.

Thank you for the information, Kim. I have no problem with Father Gregory being on the board of Naxos Resources. However, was it necessary to have four of JJ's group on the board? JJ stands to gain possibly hundreds of millions of dollars by leaving a professional like Bob Gardner in charge of the board, if the metals are at Franklin Lake. Are the four going to try to oust Mr. Gardner?

I understand if that is JJ's real intent but, ironically, that is not in the best interest of JJ, his spouse, and his heirs. JJ was great at finance and promotion, not at direction and management skill as Chairman of the Board of Naxos. I hope JJ does not intend to undermine Bob Gardner. I wonder if JJ is that big of a man, that he can do what is best for the company, for JJ, his spouse and heirs, and for the shareholders of Naxos Resources. Ego is an emotional thing that leads to trouble--at the very least, bad decisions.

I hope it is JJ's intention that he work with Bob Gardner and leave this stable influence as Chairman of Naxos. Bob Gardner is the best chance for great wealth for JJ and his family.

If JJ can leave Bob Gardner in the chairmanship, and provide adequate financing for Naxos and support of Gardner on the board, then I'll buy more shares of NAXOF. But if JJ comes up with a whole new direction for this company, short of digging metals out of the ground, I want out of this scam.
