I'm posting no more comments on Naxos until I cool off. My current thoughts on the subject are pretty uncharitable.

Richard, I don't believe it is a sign of weakness as far as the pilot plant goes at all. If it is a sign of weakness it's about the fact that Gardner might have thought they had the votes to overthrow him, also we are nearly out of money, I believe the dissedents can help in that regard. My feeling is the pilot plant is and will do just fine for us and your looking at the wrong weakness to pick on,

Richard,

As much as your statment appears to be rooted in hard fact<VBG>, it is
only conjecture. Also, while conjecture and speculation are what moves stocks like these, it is just as easy to arrive at a completely opposite conclusion. the reality is we just don't know. There can be many reasons for these developments, the only thing we know is that they have temporarily moved the stock price.

That said, I am very saddened to ee the possibility that JJ may have some control over this company. My current desire would be to see an immediate statment from the Fr. Gregory declaring what his opinions are, and weather JJ will have any control or even any input. Seeing as we have no idea what Fr. Gregory's plans are, as he has never given any concrete details, it will be interesting to see how long it takes him to do so.

If he says JJ will have any input whatsoever, I will sell immediately, even though it probably means the stock will move up. My conscience will not allow me to be invested in any company that JJ or matt have any input into.

Mark
