Good Afternoon Dave, Out of curiosity, why did you sell MSGI ? Do you view its fundamentals as changing, or were you satisfied with the dam nice profit you made on it ? I also notice you took some TLAB $$ for CMGI. Still love TLAB's, but I'm thinking of doing the same as I need to keep building up my CMGI shares. Best Regards, Brett Wolfram

Dave -- Seems that we must expect a selloff anytime a company exceeds expectations, as in AOL and Amazon. CMGI merely tracked the ISDEX today. No big deal. BTW, I got in on MSGI at 8 1/8, sold at 50 and then bought back in at 42, wrongly assuming a bounce along with the rest of the I-nets which didn't happen. Still, it is encouraging to see it apparently basing around 30-35. So, cost basis, I still feel pretty good about my return. Hope the web site on Hanalei housing was a help. It's pretty to look at, too. -- Ciao
