BKS - Anyone holding now knows it would be an awful time to sell.
Big news any day and we're in the 40's. The name recognition will brings many new buyers in when the IPO is set because many major investors just don't play micro-caps (Navr, Kloc, Idtc, etc.) BKS is the only major brand name net IPO available. Expect institutional buying and more announcements, including more on the AOL exclusive, Ingram buy-out, international expansion, etc. 36 looks like our floor now and anyone who wants to get in now should happily pay that price. IMHO it's money in the bank. BNBN is imminent.

Is it me or this IPO a non-event?

The following article (the link below) describes how the steam has gone out of IPOs. Granted BNBN/BKS does not fall into the microcap category. Yet for BNBN being the so-called IPO of the year, this thing sure is limping along. Too bad BNBN wasn't spun off a year ago when IPO mania was at its height. Right now, the market seems to be suffering from IPO overkill. Let's hope not.
