I posted the following at stockhouse yesterday. What do you guys think?

The more I think about it the more I am convinced that this stock has been held down to allow accumulation by a party(s) in preparation for a private placement. I suspect that the short position is part of employee selling in order for them to 1) pay for their options and 2) assist in creating the walls. Their short position would of course be covered by a portion of their options.

Think about it. The interest in this stock has made it the #1 trader for 3 weeks and #2 trader for the last 2 weeks on the VSE. They must be getting a lot of interest from brokerage houses to do a private placement. The deal could very well be “hold down the stock until we have enough shares then we will move it up to the $1 level and do a 1-2 million private placement at $1”. Their accumulated position over the past several weeks now has great value with the market seeing the private placement as a very positive sign. A private placement at $1 will give the stock an immediate trading range of $1.25 to $1.75.

It is just a theory but it has merit.

The company currently has zero debt, but a couple million bucks in the bank would allow them to expand their faxpc service. I also believe the faxpc service is ultimately for demonstration purposes. The real money is in royalties of the compression technology and the faxpc service will demonstrate just how well their technology in particular the wireless applications work.
