Ken Kepper and the gang are trying to re-invent the bank. My guess is they are using PlanetCity to issue immediate credit to be used at Amazon (and soon Ebay, FTD.com, CDNow, etc). This is just a guess, but that's sure how it looks when you go to the PlanetCredit portion of the USABanc.com site.
