Clark, I heard that they were going to start to equip the "trailers" and also "railcars" besides tractors.

Regards,

Mp

Clark,

Otracs added 11,000 units according to my conf call notes. Otracs growth will have to be driven by international sales and news apps I suppose.

The BTAB report that I keep quoting, post # 25698, stated that they expected Q2 declines in handset revs to 422 mil from 466mil in Q1. One has to assume they were guided by QCOM on this number but who knows?

Don't forget that Q received a sunbsantial flow of funds from the big Sprint buildup which was not affected by what happened in Korea.

Dave

Apologise if i came across as patronizing. I did not intend to.

Oh, so you knew how to convert that BtB to revenues in the next six months? Well, why didn't you tell us? Then Engineer wouldn't have had to explain it.

I didn't say I knew the answers but it would be a relevant and interesting discussion. I have followed the ASIC's business for quite a while and my experience is that as long as there are no fab constraints shipment next quarter should approximate the book to bill multiplier that is 70% higher next quarter.

The Omnitracs number may have been impacted by the reduction in the message charge announced by QCOM recently. Overall Omnitracs is one of many side shows to the CDMA phone (ASIC's, Royalties and Handsets)business.
