re. alerting CYOE's auditor:

It isn't that hard to do. Here's how:

Just call up your local Arthur Anderson office, and ask them for the phone number for their office in CA that handles Westlake Village, CA 91361.

Then call up that office. Ask for the name of an accountant on the team that handles CYOE, and either ask to speak to them, or ask for their fax number.

Then you can alert them to whatever you like.
