According to Business Wire, the flaming that took place after the April Fools day prank, is what compelled them towards the decision to follow through with a law suit. There is always two sides to every story, and fortunately AND unfortuately, it's all there for the record, thanks to these marvelous internet discussion boards and web pages. Maybe there will still be opportunities to placate Business Wire. I hope that all will work out. Best of Luck, Cindy
