Hi Proffman... I have to admit.. I sold the remainder of my PQT this morning.. Tech/nets are having a hard time right now... I've stayed in my stocks that are splitting.. hopefully this won't be a mistake.... I'm thinking May could be a tough month, like last February... And I'd probably be better off, not doing much of anything until sometime in June, except batten down the hatches... and stay low. These tech storms aren't much fun. laura

I'm still long. The Yahoo board indicated that the earnings would be released today. Given the direction of the market today, I'm glad it wasn"t true. IMHO the news of the impending ipo has already been factored into the price. I would expect the stock to appreciate once earnings are announced and the details of the ipo and alliance with CNNfn are revealed. If the stock follows the pattern of DBCC, MALL, and ZD we will see a further rise when the papers are formally filed for the ipo and once again the week before PcQuote.com starts to trade. I"m generally an impatient trader,but in this case, given the upside potential. I'm more than willing to wait. Rich
