ABFG Adds Sales Forces and Expands Jewelry Lines in RodeoIsland.com
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- American Benefits Group, Inc. (ABFG) (OTC Bulletin Board: ABFG - news) announces three main expansions in the business development of their Internet Shopping Mall, RodeoIsland.com (www.rodeoisland.com). First, TheGemStore.com (www.thegemstore.com) increases inventory. Second, RodeoIsland.com adds sales forces to expand e-commerce. Third, ABFG-TV opens sales advertising department.

''TheGemStore.com'' on the Internet Shopping Mall, RodeoIsland.com is increasing its sales inventory. The additional items will be available May 5, 1999. The two new lines being added include a wide selection of women's earrings and necklaces under the ''Baroness Line'' and a Religious Jewelry line. The price range of these products will range from $39.00 to $1,400.00. ''We believe that the price ranges have been targeted to meet consumer demand,'' stated ABFG President, Jerry G. Mikolajczyk.

RodeoIsland.com, ABFG's Internet Shopping Mall, is expanding its Network Operations Center and increasing its bandwidth in order to accommodate the full operations of the mall. These improvements will facilitate the expected growth enabling consumers and businesses to sell quality products in a secure Internet environment. In providing a host site, potential clients of RodeoIsland.com can select their building, style, and decor of their 3D storefront and have it uniquely located on RodeoIsland.com, providing the location is still available. The expansion of the network operations has necessitated ABFG increasing its sales force to facilitate incoming requests for space on RodeoIsland.com and to expand the e-commerce of RodeoIsland.com. In keeping with its established strategic plan, ABFG will lease space in their Internet Shopping Mall, RodeoIsland.com, to businesses providing the products offered are not in competition to currently offered products or stores in the mall.

In anticipation of the full launch of ABFG-TV, the expanded Network Operations Center and associated services will allow RodeoIsland.com to attain higher visitation to its Internet Shopping Mall. During the Beta Testing of its Internet television service, ABFG-TV will begin selling time slots and infomercials to people and corporations looking to advertise. ABFG-TV will commence operations on an 8-hour per day basis and be expanded to 24 hours per day in the future.

''We believe that with our expanded Network Operations Center capabilities, we will be able to increase our market position on the internet and increase our profits by leasing space on RodeoIsland.com to businesses looking to offer products capitalizing on consumers visiting our mall. In an effort to accomplish this end, we will be hiring a sales force to obtain additional suppliers and to lease space on RodeoIsland.com.'' stated ABFG President, Jerry G. Mikolajczyk.

This is the first of a series of Press Releases informing our shareholders of the progress and implementation of the companies established business plan prior to our full technical briefing scheduled for mid-May.
