What do you mean no insider selling? Exactly what was the sale of the shares to Paul Allen's company by the management? This goes to the heart of what Mark Haines asked Horowitz, as I understand it, "If the shares are so valuable, why sell to him at $94.00?"

I still haven't heard what the response was to that question. Anyone know what he said?
