If Bell Labs is so good why did LU/Bell Labs buy ASND?

Wha? You could build your own car, but it's quicker and cheaper to buy one from Ford.

In this sector i'll stick with CSCO with less expense growth and wait until a new Juniper type company makes Bell Labs, Nortel, CSco look silly and ride that for a while.

With this strategy you'll just end up owning more CSCO or even some LU when these new companies get eaten up by the big boys.
