grantsi, that is a silly statement: "someone sold 4.5 million shares".

By definition, you can say the same about every stock trade every day. Someone buys, someone sells. So making it sound "bearish" is just plain ridiculous.

On the Nasdaq are not shares counted twice once for the sell and once for the buy...a volume of 4.5 million shares traded is actually only 2.25 million shares.
