Agreed. So far nothing tangible then the fact that OTEX has raised over 100 million real bucks. However, it will not take too much to derail DOCS/HUMC merger if OTEX really wants to since they have this cash + share price that is high. HUMC on the other hand did not manage to generate any excitement re. their latest earning release so any half decent offer, that is credible will win the day.
