darrell:<"they" selling> I suspect it was a VERY small number of institutional holders, switching strategy. Watch how quickly it can reverse itself, as other competing funds BUY. I don't think it was a "they" selling. Huge position changes for a very small number of funds, or even ONE fund, can do everything that happened today.
'''''This is the new reality of institutional "mood" swings. We should start a therapy practice, for needy fund managers, in crisis. The more violent price swings like this, we get out of the way, the heathier the stock will be.
'''''Thus, I find "violence" like today, very healthy for the stock, as it may be held too closely right now. Watch how quickly the picture can begin to change. Watch the volume in the first 40 minutes on Dell tomorrow.
'''''I, for example, would like to see more NEW institutional positions, in Dell. It is better to shake out the timid institutions. The sooner we do, the more stable we'll be from here out.
'''''I enjoy my seat, in this auditorium. I feel sure of my conclusions, as stated above. I am not a "financial analyst", but my instincts on the above are very well honed---what can i say----trader turned philosopher.....

because big guys always want to play small guys
on this board.

it's not dell's drop that counts, but, it's dell's
reboundability along with Naz that counts. more and
more, i doubt this.
