I believe the market is responding not to the "deal" itself, but UTI's financial position to be able to effect these types of deals. Shows good management and good balance sheet to take advantage of the recent eighteen month downturn by strengthening your company thru acquisition posturing for the recovery. More upside to come.

I just think it was a sector rally, however, UTI has grown during these hard times and will come back strong, once we get some upgrades and exposure. Not to say that 15-16 is possible with Opec compliance.
