DSET Corporation Reports Record First Quarter Net Income but DSET was a buy since last Friday at 10 (in was on the watch list also)and closed today at 14 1/4.. I'd watch it.

BRIDGEWATER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1999--DSET Corporation (NASDAQ: DSET) today
reported record net income for the first quarter, which ended March 31, 1999.

Net income for the quarter amounted to $572,000, or 5 cents per share, assuming dilution, as
compared with $291,000, or 3 cents per share, assuming dilution, for the quarter ended March 31,
1998. The weighted average number of fully diluted common shares outstanding in each period was
11.3 million and 9.8 million, respectively.
