Regardless of how many and what price, the tendency is to sell to exercise cheap options whether you file or not. That would be the case for the directors...if they had little faith...for sure. But in this case it is a corporation that is filing, so we will see what they do in the end. But, as I have said, to secure a board seat in GLE a company would have to own a large stake! Bookmark this Post and we'll see how accurate I am. This is my guess; Delphi will have a member on the board by summer and those 2 million shares will be part of Delphi. BMW will commence construction of a SOFC car using GLE SOFC's. Delphi/BMW will attempt to run head to head with the PEM's.
