Hamiltonian, thank's for the link. I enjoyed reading your remarks which provided a nice balance to those cheering "Fifty? Nifty! Fifty? Nifty!" Pahleease....

BTW, the liabilities on their balance sheet were principally the lines of credit used to floor their mortgages. The related assets, the actual note receivables of individual mortgagors, were recorded as assets on their balance sheet.

Hey, I wish these guys all the success and good fortune they're entitled to for having a neat idea and trying to properly execute it. Just don't want to be the one that get's them back to even before I get anything out of it.

I usually put most of my eggs in a single basket and watch the basket. Until I know how these guys would be spending my eggs, what I'd get in return, or if I'm just buying them a year of "all the eggs you can eat...", I probably won't put on any position.

I hate placing bets(aka investments) where a coin flip has better odds. JMO.

But I'm happy for those who have had success with whatever investment they have made in this stock.

Best regards,

Mark A. Peterson
