RE:CPU I was originally negative on CPU because of bad experiences I had shopping there as well. I told Bill Wexler this on this thread several months ago. However, I too fell for the hype and bought in before the implosion based on CEO Halpin's positive comments on last quarters conference call and the launch of their internet business. Of course, narry a month after that CC, Halpin suddenly claimed that all was not well in CPU land and, like Wexler, I was left holding my b*lls in my hand. Since then, I have sold 25% of my CPU for a loss but held the rest. Management needs to go but I feel that CPU is a least a speculative long at this point based on the possibility that 1) their internet business will take off, 2) competent management will take over and/or 3) they will be bought out. I wish I had the sense to follow my original instincts like Mr.Pink but now I'm just waiting and hoping like all the rest.
