Well, it looks like no one cared about the "news" today, the terms of which were not disclosed. Rash should know that mushrooms grow in the dark but not shareholder loyalty and support. The word "strategic"- strategic alliance, strategic repositioning, or as he calls this one "strategic relationship", whatever, used to ante up interest in the stock but it looks like this is a tired horse. Without disclosure of the substance of the agreement, one can only wonder whether the "relationship" merely puts a band-aid in place for the sake of expediency while preventing us from healing a gaping wound. The Company needs to get its act in order and release the 10-K so we can determine in what shape we as shareholders are really in.

ABMI, a leading medical device developer and manufacturer, as they like to call themselves in my opinion is nothing more than misleading. I trust Captain Rash of the SS TidyBowl has his life preserver on.
