I think that 234 is an upper bound on amzn. Precious few people would want that huge float. Very curious as to how this stock will play out over the next few weeks...

The remaining bond holders will never allow AMZN to force a conversion before the July interest payment. These bonds pay -0- call premium. They'll take the July interest and then they'll do the voluntary conversion (as long as AMZN is still above $156).
