Nikita - I am long too. Think we had the same thoughts - initially looked at it to short - until I saw the float. I did lighten up my position at the close... and will probably regret that in the monring. I can't say I'm good at calling gaps - even when they close at top of range - but observing the frenzy in the daytrading chat rooms, I think we're safe on the long side. I promise you , there are very few that will read an SEC doc.
