Hi Samuel, i have Action Direct as well. Honestly, you can not day trade efficiently if you have an account with them. 13 minutes to 26 minutes is not unusual for "Pending" on orders. 13 to 26 minute delays cost me thousands in the past 2 weeks. I now have a full service broker and am more then happy paying higher commision. Jim

I also use action direct.Same BS happened to me yesterday.Put a buy order in for BII when it was 29.50 then watched it for about 10 minutes fluctuate back and forth between 29-30 before jumping to $33.Checked back ready to sell only to discover to my horror I was filled at 32.75!Frickin' idiots.I ended up losing 3000 on that trade.Today my status bar read that I was filled on some Nasdaq stock I never heard of before.It was filled at the same time I bought the MCF in the morning.Called one of the idiots on the phone he said he saw no order filled in that name and that was probably a glitch.I then called the action direct office and they say I was indeed filled on that stock.That stock I know nothing about ended the day down 15%(of course).Still waiting word back from the supervisor.
