Thanks for bringing up that point. I wanted to say the same thing. Gloating about a drop in BIDS when the entire market, and especially those in the same sector are all down is no reason to get cocky. Be happy about your gains, but don't attribute it to your investing acumen.

How does that give you satisfaction?

It's not enough that my shorts are down, my number 1 long (IDTC), and the largest position in the portfolio, is up. That really gives me satisfaction. Of course tomorrow may just be the opposite, but I'll enjoy it one day at a time.
