Not always is it on the down, though I agree usually it is. It depends how desperately the deal needs to be done. Today for example there was a bought deal for BWR @ $1.65, 12c below yesterday's close. It opened at $1.65 after the halt and closed @ $1.85 because the issue was oversubscribed. I think the same would happen to GLE. Get the issue done and we are off. The sooner the better.
