You guys should force a jury trial on this, John and Jane Doe sit on the jury, while the Plaintiff... mind you a Big High profile entity, tries to convince John and Jane the damage done to them... I am sure John and Jane reads, sees and hears the evidence laughs their butts off on an April Fool day Spoof, then realizes it was not only a spoof but also an education in investing. Award the plaintiff $1 in copyright damage (at best) and then penalizes the plaintiff on countersuits filed.

Yup the plaintiff better wise up to who sits on a jury, it wont be the Fortune 500 companies, just plain ol' John and Jane Doe. You guys should also push for Court TV to follow this case, too...
