Today the Merrill analyst put out an accumulate rating on Micron. Over the past year it seems that whenever a major investment bank puts out a higher rating on Micron, some corporate financing gimmick occurs a short time later. Has anyone on the thread heard of some pending corporate deal (junk bond, infusion of new equity)?
