The air campaign should have started at full intensity (It's still not there) and continued until NATO troops could have taken possession of Kosovo with little or no resistance and Serb forces were reduced to a point where a counter offensive was out of the question. >>> You have never been in Yugoslavia/Kosovo right? you said so... All the military equipment and bases were built by Tito inside the mountains with numerous tunnels and escapes....few roads that transverse Kosovo are mined and buby-trapped ..No resistance? 1000 soldiers probably dead just to pass through Kosovo...How many Kosovars would be instantly dead is your guess.. Attack from Hungary more feasible....but would lead to heavy civilian toll...
