bob, Thanks for your response. Malaysia seemed to be doing a great job in education and in technological development. The whole region seemed so spirited when I was there several years ago. I hope that the advance resumes once again. As for China, it is so complex and my background so limited that I need to read and listen to others carefully. Sorry that the link did not work.
