DW - No i don't think there will be analyst downgrades in fact just the opposite but the market has been in mood to crash for a week or so now and now that earnigns season is coming to an end, albeit with smostly excellent results the Naz is on its way to join the Titanic. No real reason except fear, sheep like sellers and professionals that do very well by selling it down and then buying back in when a few nervous holders have been burned and scared out.
