I'm willing to bet N. Norman Muller, CEO of Global Intellicom Inc., can tell you. Try his new telephone number: (212) 332-7918.

My guess is it remains to be determined what it will mean.
Could mean they'll make it a separate, publicly traded company, and current shareholders will get x shares of it for each share of GBIT they hold.

Or maybe it will be sold and there'll be a cash distribution to GBIT shareholders.

Or maybe they'll call in some spin doctors who'll try to convince GBIT shareholders to become interested in GBIT's "system integration and cabling subsidiary" so the members of the BOD no longer have to be interested--such transference being commonly known as "spinning off an interest."
