Rotation begining tomorrow within the interent sector out of pure E-commerce plays
like AMZN and EGRP that spend a fortune on marketing and distribution and into
infrastructure plays like EXDS, BVSN, DCLK, VRIO..........

How can this be? Q2 will have Auction Revenue. Q2 will have sales to Summer buyers of
books and CD's for the beach. Q2 will have sales of Summer supplies (sunscreen, etc)
through Drugstore.com Q2 will have sales of Summer pets throught Pets.com

Drugstore.com and Pets.com should not be in Amazon's revenue numbers. That is all the support I will give them.

Something doesn't smell right here. Did AMZN push Dec revenue into January?<.i>

I suspected and posted during the release of Q4 98 results that the gift certificates were not booked as revenue until they were redeemed. There could have been many millions of dollars of gift certificates booked as revenue in Q199 from Q4 98.

tonyt, can you understand what is meant when someone says growth is trending lower vs. absolute numbers? This means, if you have sales of 1 million and next qtr you have 2 million, thats 100%. If the following qtr is 3 million you are trending lower in terms of growth rates. This is not the same thing as the numbers coming in lower in absolute terms - sheesh!!

How can Q2 revenue possibly not be greater than Q1.
