P.E. Allen,... while I share your enthusiasm about the potential of O.Media, I think it may be somewhat premature to compare O.Media with Ivillage in terms of financial performance. Although O.Media have announced projected revenues of $15M, they still have to deliver. So we want know how they're doing until quarterly reports start coming out. I'm especially interested in the company's business plan where I hope we will be presented with very specific achievement goals for the next 12 month period. Nothing gives more credibility to a management team than when they succeed in achieving their objectives. Many start-up companies have good intentions but can lose their focus very quickly if they fail to establish clear objectives. So far, I like what I see and hear. Several announcements have been made by O.Media in the past few weeks including the launching of some new web sites etc. While this is exciting, I as a shareholder still have to be convinced that they can deliver. This is not intended as a negative reflection on the company or its management because it's too early in the game to draw conclusions. So far, I like what I see and hear.
