So true. Its a viewpoint I have had all along. The depths of corruption and questionable behavior never become apparent until after the arrests are made.

YHOO disclosed all that. It would be a problem only if not disclosed (Like, say if AMZN booked Dec gift Certificates in Q199 w/o disclosure. Not that they have to disclose it, it just wouldn't sit right with the street -- i.e. why book Dec sales in Jan?. Anyway, I have no idea how they booked the gift cert., but I'd like to know).

BTW, does anyone know what amount of Cash will Bezo have to pay to the bondholders in July if he can't get AMZN to $234+ for 20/30 days from now till June 30.
