bp, it happened about a year and a half ago. To two people who were sparing on the Intel and AMD thread. Would be very difficult to find it this far out. Paul Engel was the winner in the Suit. I forget the guys name who did it. If you go back to about January 98 on the AMD/Intel thread you may find it. However, the Intel thread is the busiest on SI. It made the papers in Silicon valley and everything. I believe it was the first suit of it's type. The settlement was a simple apology on the Intel and AMD thread. Michael
